He specified: these facilities in the amount of 600 million Tomans in order to renovate each residential unit located in the area around the shrine, will be paid only by presenting the ownership document and license obtained from Tehran Municipality, through the agency of Maskan Bank. The repayment of these facilities will be 12 years with an interest rate of 11.5 percent for families covered by the Relief and Welfare Committee and the families of martyrs and martyrs and an interest rate of 12.5 percent for other owners.
The CEO of the Holy Shrines Investment Fund emphasized that the loan in Tehran will be provided only to residents of the 270-hectare area around the shrine of Hazrat Abdolazim (AS), which has been approved in the comprehensive plan, and said: This amount is the highest payment facility. It is housing and its payment has been announced since April 1401 and is not subject to negative laws such as restrictions on the use of Form (c) and government facilities, and is granted to all eligible individuals who have a title deed in this area.
