“In this year’s budget, we tried to take a step towards justice,” he said. “The development of justice requires attention to land management, and this is the first year that the budget has been submitted to parliament without 20% of the National Development Fund.”

Ayatollah Ra’isi, emphasizing that the National Development Fund for Great Works is aimed at solving the basic problems of the country, said: “These resources of the fund have always been from the revenues on which governments had opened accounts, but this government wants the National Development Fund for great works.” Cost.

He continued: “The government has proposed 37 axes as the most important issues of the country in the transformation plan, and this idea originated from the words of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and we gathered friends for this work under his guidance and opinion.”

Ayatollah Ra’isi, stating that our work in the field of economic reform has begun; He said: “We must take big steps in this field. Of course, I said in a meeting that the government is facing a difficult path. Some foreign and some domestic media did not pay much attention to this point. The way forward is the way for everyone to cooperate.” Demands.

Emphasizing that the country’s economic growth is inevitable, the President said: “This will be achieved through domestic and foreign investment, which managers across the country must work to increase and increase.”

He added: “Increasing productivity is the second point and the government should pursue it, and these are the two basic foundations of economic growth in the country.” I believe in the cooperation of the people. Managers must also feel responsible, if anyone for any reason does not accept and believe these words, he must move to that position and do administrative work.

Ayatollah Ra’isi emphasized that the government could not be stopped and that it should move forward; He said: “One of the ways is to control inflation and government spending, so the government should not be expensive, because the expensive government can not move, let alone manage the country.”

The President stated that poverty, corruption and discrimination do not beautify the Islamic system; “The program that the government is carrying out can eradicate absolute poverty,” he said. Of course, I have already said a sentence in this regard that some people confused absolute poverty with the poverty line and took another meaning. We are talking about eradicating absolute poverty so that this can be done and then it will be below the poverty line.

He said: “The fight against poverty, discrimination and corruption is emphasized by the government, and in line with that, the country’s banking and monetary system needs to be reformed, and if this system is not reformed, work will not go on.” Of course, in knowledge-based companies, knowledge must be placed next to production and ability, if knowledge is attached to ability, it can untie the knot in the country as well.

Regarding the launch of closed and semi-closed units, Ayatollah Ra’isi said: “More work needs to be done in this regard, and these measures have been taken so far, and we should be grateful.”

The president avoided the decision to form an organization to investigate the situation of foreign nationals and said: “Before making the establishment arrangements, this should be done in the Ministry of Interior and an ID card should be prepared for all foreign nationals;” That is, their identity, intercity transfer, marriage and divorce, and their personal and business circumstances are known.

He noted the importance of Iran being proud to host Afghans; He said: “These people are our guests, but our reception of them has no conflict despite the necessary control in this regard.” The Ministry of Interior is following the work quickly, and this must be followed in the provinces as well.

Ayatollah Ra’isi also said about the divisions of the country: “During my travels to the cities of Tehran, the divisions of the country were raised several times and I accept this and the necessary expertise should be done in the Ministry of Interior and this decision should be made for the north and The south of Tehran should also be done to reduce the burden of the province and bring the marginal cities to the text. Therefore, we accept the principle of the issue of dividing the country in Tehran province.

He said: the youth should be given a field and this is the policy of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and the Imam, because the youth have a spirit of innovation and creativity, so we will not harm giving a field to the youth.

The head of the executive branch also referred to the assassination of Martyr Sayad Khodaei and said: “Every dormitory and barzani is named after Haj Qasim and the eternal curse on the murderers and the Zionists, did you know this martyr Khodaei?” But this testimony shows that if we move forward and untie the knot of the people, God will raise our name.

Ayatollah Ra’isi further pointed out the importance of rail transportation in Tehran province and added: “Rail transportation is one of the most important issues in Tehran and we are helping the mayor of Tehran.” Tehran’s pollution is not tolerable and this should be considered as a central issue, part of this pollution is of foreign origin, which I instructed the Foreign Minister and the head of the Environment Organization to follow up, and neighboring countries should take action in this regard.

The President also referred to the words of the representative of Pakdasht about paying attention to the east of Tehran province and jokingly said: If we make Pakdasht the capital, will you be satisfied? We will definitely travel to Pakdasht as well.

He also said about the issue of land grabbing: the issue of land is important, but first we must make structural reforms and in the next stage we must reach land grabbing and deal with them, so the priority is structural reform.

Ayatollah Ra’isi, stating that something must be done to untie the knot from the work of the people; He said: “Our mission is to complete the semi-finished projects.
