One is to defend the rights of fellow citizens and tourists, which we do not include any tolerance and condescension, and the other is to defend the rights of investors and tourism activists. Our duty is towards the people who have the activity license who brought their capital in this way. This is the way to be responsible for defending the rights of investors and tourism operators.

The vice president of tourism continued: During various meetings and correspondence, we summarized some points. One is that the National Standards Organization and the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts each have separate legal powers, which together means that we, as a governing body at the headquarters and provincial levels, are not looking to create concern for the tourism field and cause concern. There is no memory of tourism activists. A joint plan should be carried out and the concerns in some provinces should be resolved.
Shalbafian, while explaining other common work priorities, mentioned: According to the law, the governing bodies that provide accommodation services are required to implement standards and quality improvement. This issue also applies to government accommodation units. On the other hand, monitoring the quality of tourism services, especially in free zones, is one of our other concerns, which can be seen especially during Nowruz in Kish and Qeshm islands. In fact, we want to complement each other. People should not be in uncertainty, in such a way that they receive services that do not have the required standard and quality.
