Police involvement in the case of poisoning of students

According to Fars news agency, Sardar Ahmedreza Radan, the commander in chief of the country’s police force, said on the sidelines of the 17th conference of traffic police chiefs about the involvement of the police in the issue of poisoning of students in several provinces of the country, especially Qom, that a lot of effort has been made to find the source and focus of these issues.

He said: “My colleagues in the Intelligence Organization and other agencies are investigating this issue and we hope that we can reach a good place.”

Sardar Radan informed about the entry of the police into this case and said: We have not arrested anyone in this case yet and we are identifying possible suspects. We must follow the work in a more special way.

The Chief of Police of the country stated: All the agencies are trying to relieve the people of this concern and I am sure that the follow-up will be successful.

In response to whether the police found a trace of the possibility of this being intentional or not, Sardar Radan said: Our priority is to find the origin of this case and until then we will not judge whether it was intentional or not.
