Mahmoudzadeh pointed out that we have examined the experiences of other countries in this field and said: on average, 18% of students in the world study in non-government schools; 13 percent of these statistics were in non-governmental schools affiliated to cooperatives, religious and governmental centers, and 5 percent were assigned to people whose qualifications were approved.

The Deputy Minister of Education stated that we will consider two approaches in the People’s Partnership Organization and Non-Government Schools and said that one is that we are looking for the expansion of real schools, we will hand over the schools to people who have the necessary qualifications to manage the schools. Mahmoudzadeh stated that the Ministry of Education has not been successful in implementing the transformation document in the past years and said: Until today, there was no trace of the transformation document in the output of education. He called the transformation document a healing version and a guide to the path of education and education and added: the lack of a strategic view in the implementation of the transformation document, the intellectual atmosphere that prevailed in the past, the previous officials’ lack of faith in the document, the heavy administrative structure in education and training, the instability of managers, the conflicts of officials. He stated that we should move towards skill training in non-government schools and said that life skills, business skills and professional skills are among the skills that knowledge the learner The level of the transformation document should be learned.
