According to the Mehr correspondent, Mahmoud Karimi Biranvand told reporters today on the sidelines of the exhibition of the 180-day achievements of the Ministry of Labor that by facilitating the issuance of licenses and employment prosperity, 3,060 home licenses have been issued in seven days. There are home-based businesses in the country, of which 150 are certification-based. Therefore, in seven working days, one thousand and one license applications have been registered. Also, licenses for 3 other disciplines that are license-based will be issued for three days. More than 4,000 jobs have been registered, of which 2,400 have been approved.
Acting Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship Development and Employment, Minister of Labor, added: “In the High Employment Council, we have had 24 national resolutions and 4 memoranda of understanding have been signed.” The employment ecosystem plan was also unveiled and its executive regulations were drafted.
He announced the formation of eight national employment working groups in the country and said: “Different meetings have been held in the working groups.” 46 visits were made to the production companies with the presence of expert teams in different provinces and we presented the basis of the employment ecology theory in the provinces.
The Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship Development and Employment, referring to the multiplicity of systems and their inefficiency, said: “The monitoring system has been updated and good policy has been created for the employment obligations of the provinces.” In this system, 3,000 jobs were registered in 147.
Biranvand clarified: The Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare is not in charge of job creation and is responsible for coordinating the agencies in this regard. Therefore, a think tank should be created in the country in order to activate the employment ecosystem, and now we are witnessing coordination between the devices.
Referring to the launch of the job search system, he said: “This system provides communication between the employer and job seekers.” There are currently 1,400 job seekers in the country who can be monitored and evaluated through this system, and 2,000 jobs have been created and 5,000 employers have registered their information.
Referring to the design of the atlas of employment patterns in the country, Biranvand added: “All devices in this field have been contacted and this atlas will be unveiled online, in which ٢٢٢ the pattern of job creation has been compiled.”

“We are pursuing employment in border areas,” he said. We have ١٢٠ border towns in the country and we have prepared ٢ decrees for the employment of these people.

He stressed the need to develop skills and said: “There are one million educated unemployed in the country who do not have skills appropriate to the labor market, so we seek to develop technical and vocational training to boost employment.”
