Stating that the constitution of the Islamic Republic is explicit about the observance of hijab, Javidan clarified: Punishments have been set for people who refuse to observe it and obey the law.
The police chief of Kermanshah province stated that 26 units have direct responsibility and 6 units indirectly in the issue of chastity and hijab, adding: Without a doubt, if all of them fulfill their duties, we would see a better situation.

Javidan pointed out: In this regard, the police has made the necessary arrangements with the judicial system and the cultural officials of the province and will implement the plans to improve moral security with more seriousness and power.
The police commander of Kermanshah province informed about extensive police surveillance on recreational, historical, tourism, service, commercial and even travel agencies and tourist tours and said: The police will not allow some people to promote obscenity under any pretext and title.
Javidan reminded: From now on, the supervision of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops will be increased and they will be dealt with in case of any violation of the law.
Regarding police supervision of tourist tours, he also said: Those in charge of this matter should increase their accuracy and supervision over the work of tours and must be bound to comply with Sharia issues.
The police chief of Kermanshah province further announced that more than 22,000 cases of warning were given in the field of moral security, observance of hijab, bad clothing and bad hijab during the past three months and 20 days of the year and said: In this regard, 1,700 people were also Law enforcement centers were invited and guided.
