The head of the Judiciary Statistics and Information Technology Center presented a report on the work process and the important services created by the center, including the stability of the judiciary network throughout the country, security policy at the judiciary level from subordinate organizations to the judiciary, and judicial strategy policy. Kazemifard said: “In order to make the judiciary smarter, we have launched about 80 systems since the beginning of 1999, and in this direction, using the technical and specialized forces, the knowledge of a number of experienced judges has been used to create the systems.”

Referring to the problems of the judiciary, which according to their priority should be on the path of intelligence, he added: At the end of the year, a seizure system and a list of convicted transactions will be launched. In this regard, we also agreed with the NAJA that by launching a database of fugitive criminals, no services will be provided to the offender.

He mentioned other priority problems of enforcing sentences up to half a dozen, executing auctions, as well as declaring bankruptcy and usury under the Czech law, which has been added to the system of financial convicts.

The head of the Statistics and Information Technology Center said: “According to Note 2 (b) of Article 113 of the Sixth Development Plan, which stipulates that if the obligor fails to fulfill his obligation within twenty days, the financial penalties will be reflected in the registration system.” We have created a system in cooperation with the State Property and Deeds Registration Organization, which will be unveiled in the coming weeks.

Referring to the activities of the systems standardization committee, Kazemifard said: The proposals made by the provinces will be reviewed by the judges present in the committee; Because legally we are not allowed to comment and we only have to enter from a technical point of view.
