In the continuation of this visit, Salehi visited the kitchen and also the bakery of Qezel Hisar prison and emphasized on maintaining the quality of food items.

Attending the employment workshop for the prisoners of Qezal Hesar prison, the prosecutor of Tehran met closely with the people who were working in this department, and in this regard, a number of applicants raised their requests.

At the end of his visit, Salehi set up a service desk in the Hosseinieh of Qezel Hisar prison, examined the problems and requests of the clients, and in this regard, issued various orders to help the prisoners and benefit them from legal friendships.

Ali Salehi, the Tehran Prosecutor, said about the details of the visit of the judicial team of the Tehran Prosecutor’s Office to Qezal Hesar Prison: The purpose of this visit is to implement the policies announced by the Prosecutor General of the country to deal with the affairs of prisoners.

Stating that this visit was done face-to-face and meeting with the patients in person, he said: 112 of my colleagues were present both in the prisons and by being present in the Hosseinieh of this prison and by setting up a service desk in a face-to-face manner. They guide the clients and take care of these people’s affairs by providing advice and receiving their problems.

The prosecutor of Tehran stated: In today’s visit; We granted them the facilities and friendships that can be applied to the clients according to the law.

Referring to the issue of monitoring prisons, he said: According to the actions of the prisons organization of Tehran province, appropriate facilities have been prepared to serve the prisoners, for which I would like to thank and appreciate the officials of the prisons organization of Tehran province.

Salehi stated that the legal facilities and facilities that are applied to prisoners are specific to minor crimes, and stated: The facilities and facilities that we provide to prisoners are in no way for specific crimes, including violent crimes, armed robbers, experienced robbers, and violent robbers. , extortionists, kidnappers and thugs will not be considered.

He added: “People’s safety is of special importance to us and we will not give any facilities to criminals who harm the safety of the society, but the judicial system will deal with these people more decisively and in a special way.”

The prosecutor of Tehran stated: Decisive action is being taken against security disruptors, both at the time of issuing the sentence in the courts and at the time of the execution of the sentence by my colleagues in the courtrooms.

Referring to the directives and policies of the head of the judiciary regarding the reduction of the criminal population, he said: in line with this policy, in the meetings titled “reduction of the criminal population” and with the presence of the Deputy Attorney General of the country, all indicators related to the reduction of the criminal population, including the manner of issuing orders, Legal agreements etc. will be examined and then the favorable approvals for the implementation of this policy will be finalized.
