Proposal to set up a joint commission between the city administration and the Court of Administrative Justice

According to the judicial reporter of Fars news agency, Parviz Sarvari, the vice chairman of the Tehran city council, said in a meeting with the members of the Administrative Court of Justice: I suggest that a joint working group be set up between the city administration and the Administrative Court of Justice to follow up on issues related to these two departments. It leads to a reduction in the level of violations.
He also suggested the establishment of a special branch to deal with cases related to urban management and said: The establishment of a special branch will lead to an increase in the nobility of judges in matters of urban management. Also, the honorable judges should be more noble in urban issues and problems.
Sarvari clarified: A verdict has been issued regarding the gardens, a person has complained to 21 people of the city management, in such a situation, on the one hand, we must deal with the city management and on the other hand, we must respond to the citizens’ complaints!
He added: holding joint meetings and setting up joint working groups with the judiciary can be a way forward.
The head of the Supreme Council of Provinces said: “Small cities cannot benefit from capable lawyers, that’s why rulings are issued in those cities, which will lead to unanimity over these rulings. Therefore, it is better to use the capacity of the council’s lawyers in this regard.” We should use excellent provinces.
Tehran Municipality has 25 thousand judicial cases
In the continuation of this meeting, Mehdi Ekhararian stated: The people, we, the municipality, the city council, etc., are an integrated system and there is no separation.
He continued: The formation and increase of judicial cases has led to the formation of skepticism in the society, today we need an approach with the sympathetic view of Martyr Lajordi.
Ekharian said: “Discussion” is one of the missing links in the country today, today a city dialogue forum should be formed and the components of the governance chain should discuss with each other.
This member of the Tehran City Council reminded them: The National Inspection Organization is a part of the judiciary and a part of the country’s governance chain, and the city council and the judiciary are also a part of the country’s governance chain.
Expressing the question whether it is not possible to prevent the formation of problems through dialogue and empathy, he said: This requires a serious determination that exists today in the judiciary and city management.
