According to Jalalian, clarifying the issue of financial transfer and the entry and exit of money and currency, the conditions of investment in the country, the appointment of economic advisors in consulates and other similar legal articles are among the items raised in this bill.
The Deputy Minister of Human Rights and International Affairs of the Minister of Justice pointed out that in this bill, a mechanism for supporting Iranian victims in accidents, incidents and crises is foreseen in all parts of the world and said: According to this bill, the perpetrators of crimes abroad after entering Iran will be subject to prosecution and also any act or omission that is not criminalized in the judicial system of other countries will not be subject to prosecution inside the country.
