Public Law Moot Court is held

According to the social group of Fars News Agency, the Islamic Revolution Lawyers’ Association unveiled the poster of the Moot Court of Public Law (Memorial of Martyr Beheshti). This moot court will be held in the form of several court simulators on various issues of public law, and its first session will be held on the topic of violation of public rights in the environment in May of next year at the law school of Shiraz University.

According to the announcement of the secretariat of Moot Court (Beheshti Martyr Memorial), which is based in the Islamic Revolution Jurists’ Assembly, the next courses of this Moot Court will be held in the following years and different subjects in other prestigious universities across the country.

I have to say; Holding Moot Court or court simulator is a scientific competition that has been implemented for many years in international scientific communities as a complement to scientific movements in universities. For the first time, the Assembly of Jurists of the Islamic Revolution is holding a trial court in the field of public law, whose symbol is Martyr Beheshti.

The choice of the name of Shahid Beheshti as the symbol of this death court is due to the fact that death court events are held in the name of a great legal-judicial personality in university assemblies in countries, and the Islamic Revolution Lawyers Association has also chosen the name of Shahid Beheshti for its death court. .
