This police officer stated: In the first step, the detectives identified the identity of the accused by using modern crime detection methods and intelligence measures and realized that the accused has multiple criminal records.

The head of Greater Tehran Intelligence Police continued: In the next step, the detectives identified the accused’s hiding place with scientific methods and specialized investigations, and after necessary coordination with the judicial authorities, they arrested him in a coordinated operation.

He stated that stolen property and counterfeit dollars were discovered from the accused’s hideout, and continued: After being transferred to the 6th base of the Tehran Intelligence Police, the accused confessed to his crime of stealing from elderly people in Tehran during the preliminary investigation, and the lost property was confronted face-to-face.
