According to Mehr reporter, Masoud Hamidinejad this Tuesday morning in the fourth meeting of Jihad camp for educational justice and equal education while stressing the importance of consistent implementation of Martyr Mahmudovand’s plan at the level of regions and districts stated: This plan is one of the strategic plans of the educational complex. The country is in the field of reducing the number of students who are left out of school, and it is implemented with the aim of establishing and expanding educational justice at the level of education districts of the province.

He went on to list the objectives of the Shahid Mahmovand plan and explained: Identifying, attracting and retaining students who are left out of school, as well as establishing educational justice, and in other words, achieving equal educational opportunities, are the most important goals of the implementation of the Shahid Mahmoud plan.
