The report of the social commission to the parliament is as follows:
Taking care of the social commission’s legal duty authorized In Article (202) of the Internal Regulations Law of the Islamic Council regarding the examination of the qualification, conformity of the documents, records and plans of the proposed minister and their matching with the higher documents, the social commission held several meetings with Mr. Dr. Mortazavi and based on the topics discussed and oral commitments. And answering the questions of the honorable representatives of the Islamic Council and resolving the ambiguities and objections raised, he prepares his report in the following headings and brings it to the attention of the noble people of Iran and his respected colleagues:

1- Educational qualification; According to the inquiry made by the Ministry of Science, Mr. Mortazavi, on 04/06/2014, completed his master’s degree in Public Law from Shahid Beheshti Autonomous Campus University, and on 03/02/2017, he completed his PhD in Law. The public graduated from a non-governmental and non-profit university.
