Bakhtiari pointed to the wide range of Raja’s presence in the country’s rail network and the high diversity of the company’s trains and added: The company has traveled to 21 provincial capitals with its trains, which are divided into 3 to 5 life stars, some of which originate in Tehran. They travel to other provinces and other important parts of the holy city of Mashhad to the provincial centers.
Referring to the lack of locomotives as a traction force in this complex, he said: the total number of Raja’s fleet is close to 1077 wagons, including passenger, service and self-propelled.
The CEO of Raja stated that the assignment and determination of governance duties and ownership in the railway as a government institution in the railway industry is one of the most important needs and necessities in this field.
Bakhtiari announced the need for Raja to enter the freight area and the company’s ongoing plans to carry out this project and said: “Considering the change in the company’s articles of association and the possibility of entering the freight area, we must obtain the railway agreement in this regard or the company Form a freight rail in the Raja subdivision.
He said: “Considering the planning done for the major reconstruction, repairs and preparations before Nowruz, the largest number of the existing fleet of Raja Company was in the days of Nowruz 1401 and the number of trains also increased.”
