The lack of funds in previous years prevented the rating system from being a halal for teachers’ livelihood. This lack of funds continued until this year, to the extent that Yousef Nouri, the Minister of Education, believes that even in the 13th government, there were not enough funds to implement this law, and if he were the president, he would withdraw the rating bill from the parliament.

With all this lack of budgets and after several meetings that the Ministry of Education experts had with the plan and budget organization; Finally, in the summer of this year, the teacher rating system was finally approved so that the reviews to determine the teacher’s rating can begin.

Despite the efforts made to approve this law by the government and the attention of the parliament to increase the budget of this law, however, some of the educators are still left behind from the benefits of the ranking.

This teacher added: While the rating was supposed to include all the teaching forces of the Ministry of Education; Many educators are left out of the ranking are. We haven’t turned the situation around yet. We were among the company’s forces since 1986, we became contract forces since 1989, and we have remained contract forces until today.

The principal of a primary school in Khuzestan province, who was a member of Mehr Afarin’s forces, told Mehr reporter: I am the principal of a school from the forces of Mehr Afarin’s plan. We are really oppressed. Many of our colleagues were included in the rating, but we were not included in this plan. I have 16 years of experience. We participated in Farhangian courses and after that we got our bachelor’s degree in Farhangian University for two years.

I am the director of one of the elementary schools in the less privileged areas of Khuzestan province, and I signed the necessary certificates for some colleagues to upgrade the rank, but I myself was denied the rating.

This manager complained that after 15 years they tell us to come and take the qualification verification test again; He said: We spent 296 hours of training to get the necessary qualifications. After that, we got our bachelor’s degree from Farhangian University; Since then, we have had 1,700 hours of in-service training courses, all of which are related to the acquisition of qualifications for educators. I personally have 16 years of work experience and we are even considered among the contract forces of the Ministry of Education.

He stated that our competence was checked years ago; He added: I am the director of one of the elementary schools in the less privileged areas of Khuzestan province, and I signed the necessary certificates for some colleagues to upgrade the rank, but I myself was deprived of the ranking. This manager complained that after 16 years of experience and studying at Farhangian University, he was not included in the ranking. This teacher, who works in Kakavand region of Lorestan province, pointed out that people who complained to the Administrative Court of Justice were introduced to Farhangian University in six stages; He said: “But we are left behind. The number of survivors is not many. We are only four people in Kakavand region of Lorestan who left the qualification courses of Farhangian University.” There are only 20 people left from Farhangian University courses in Khorram Abad city.

Currently, Mehr Afarin and Kar Moin forces have an uncertain status regarding the ranking of these two categories.

These days, teachers who have not yet been rated despite having a long work experience, going through multiple steps for recruitment, passing thousands of hours of in-service courses or even getting a degree from Farhangian University, cannot understand why their rules should be different from other teachers. .
