Real Estate Advisors Reject Central Bank Statistics!

According to Tejarat News, Mostafa Gholi Khosravi said: “Currently, the housing market is in a state of non-inflationary recession, so considering that we are at the beginning of the year and the month of Ramadan, a very good opportunity has been provided for housing buyers.”

The head of the Union of State Real Estate Advisors says, “I strongly reject the Central Bank’s statistics regarding the 6% increase in housing prices, because the market floor statistics in various cities, including Tehran, show good price stability and a recession in this market.”

Yesterday, the Central Bank announced in its latest statistics that in March of last year, the average purchase and sale price of one square meter of residential unit traded through real estate agencies in Tehran was about 35 million and 100 thousand tomans, which indicates an increase of 6.2 It is a percentage compared to the previous month.
