Mandaripour considered the bottom-up planning in the cultural and artistic organization of Tehran municipality as another strength of this organization and said: programs are written according to the needs of each neighborhood in the Culture House and are reviewed in the region and finally provided to the organization. take It should be noted that the programs implemented in the organization are defined and implemented based on the needs of the localities, which multiplies the effectiveness of the organization’s activities.

The head of the Cultural and Social Commission of the Islamic Council of Tehran city further pointed out the challenges facing the Vala Cultural Center and said: “Unfortunately, social damage can be seen in many parks in the city, and in order to overcome these challenges, the existence of cultural and artistic centers such as the Vala Cultural Center” Located in the park will help a lot.
