According to the Mehr correspondent, the internship program is one of the government’s programs to boost production and create jobs for young job seekers, especially graduates, with the aim of facilitating the recruitment and employment of young people in companies and motivating entrepreneurship and business in graduates to enter the market. It’s work. The importance of this plan is because the unemployment rate of university graduates is high compared to the unemployment rate of the whole country.

Accordingly, the latest statistics on the performance of the internship program indicate an increase in the acceptance of applicants for this project. To date, 148,607 university graduates have registered in this project and about 20,678 units have accepted these candidates and about 58,022 contracts have been concluded.

Fars province with 14,363 people had the most internship candidates and Khorasan Razavi province with 6,997 people had the least internship candidates.

Also, considering that the most important advantage predicted for entrepreneurs and employers in the plan is that if they hire interns, they will enjoy the exemption of the employer’s share premium for a maximum of two years, statistics show that to date, 20,678 companies Economics has registered in this plan and 10,461 units have been exempted from insurance.

These statistics show that the number of applicants and registered companies has a growing trend compared to previous months, which indicates an increase in the acceptance of this project.

It should be noted that the internship allowance is an amount that is paid to the intern by the Ministry of Labor at the end of the introductory internship period and in proportion to its duration, and its amount is 500,000 Tomans per month for bachelor’s degree, 600,000 Tomans for master’s degree and doctorate. It is 700 thousand tomans.

Also, the internship period is a maximum of three months and the interns are covered by civil liability insurance during this period.
