In an interview with Mehr reporter, Ali Asghar Suleiman said: The country’s Property and Deed Registration Organization is one of the governing departments under the Judiciary, which is active, and the main task of this organization is to establish the ownership of people in the lands and properties under its control.
Stating that we have three areas of real estate work, documents and administrative affairs, he clarified: In the area of real estate, the demarcation of agricultural lands has started since the last two years, despite the fact that ownership documents have been issued for 100% of national and state lands and are being processed. Currently, laws are being implemented within the limits of cities and villages.
Suleiman stated: The law of organization for cities and villages with less than 25,000 population and the law of issuing ownership documents for cities and urban lands, or the law of assignment of urban lands without documents, are being implemented.
The director general of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Real Estate Registry noted that 75,000 hectares of the total 216,000 hectares of agricultural land in the province have been established and ownership documents have been issued to the owners, both jointly and individually.
He added: We plan to document the rest of these documents and agricultural lands in the next two years.
Suleiman pointing out that in 1401 about 37 thousand 35 documents Cadastre It was issued and 20,374 summaries of real estate transactions have been registered.
He announced the issuance of 1,509 cases of state property documents last year and reminded: 6,777 cases of marriage certificates were prepared and 1,712 cases of divorce were registered in the area of marriage offices.
The director general of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Real Estate Registry stated: In the field of official document enforcement, 2 thousand 991 executive files were filed and 2 thousand 455 of them were closed and claims were collected or closed.
Referring to the collection of claims from banks and institutions, Suleiman said: In this area, we collected more than 31 billion Tomans, and in the field of company registration, 724 cooperative and commercial companies have been registered.
He informed about the registration and issuance of 437 commercial cards and reminded: In the field of inspection, 1,146 inspections were conducted in notary, marriage and divorce offices.
