He said: “The purpose of ranking teachers is to improve the quality of education processes and to improve the status of teachers.”

He said that a review board will be formed at the level of education departments to rank teachers, adding: the head of education as the chairman of the board, the deputy director of management development and support, the deputy chairman of the board, the administrative expert as the secretary The Board of Education and Assistants, a school principal, and two trustees and a security and performance appraisal expert will serve as other members of the Board of Auditors.

The Director General of Education of Fars also said in this meeting: “Education has been introduced this year as the head of the committee for accommodation of Nowruz guests, and school principals must prepare schools for the presence of Nowruz guests.”

Mohammad Khalil Askari said: “The determination of the government and the Ministry of Education is to follow the trainings in person after Eid, and accordingly, schools must be ready for the arrival of students.”

He said: “We are looking to equip technical and vocational colleges and professionals for balanced interdisciplinary development.”

The Director General of Education of Fars also said in this meeting: we will allocate funds for setting up a volleyball court, a dynamic school and providing equipment for technical and vocational schools in the Sedeh region.
