Gorgan Pilgrimage Village

Ziarat is located in the southern Estrabad district of the central part of Gorgan city, seven kilometers south of Naharkhoran.

This village is located in the foothills of the northern slopes of the Alborz mountain range, and the forest cover around it, along with the special climate of the foothills, has turned it into a gorgani camp and a suitable place for tourists and mountaineers.

Farsian is located at a distance of 35 km from Azadshahr city and on the Shahroud route of Semnan province and has a population of 2,200 people.

The Director General of Golestan Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation said: The improvement of 6 villages with valuable structures in the province is being implemented from the approved location of the President’s first round trip in March 1400.

Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini added to IRNA: These 6 villages include Shahkoh Sofli in the mountainous region of Gorgan located on the way from Gorgan to Shahroud, Gandab in Kordkoi, Ghalee Qafe Bayin and Sasang in Minodasht, Banaf Tepe in Bandargaz and Paghela in Ramian.

He said: In 1400, a credit amounting to 200 billion rials was allocated for the preparation and implementation of projects to improve the valuable fabric and rural tourism of this number of villages.

He continued: In these villages, projects such as floor construction, stone plinth, roof edge, thatch, creating walls, asphalt, weaving, wall construction, tabulation, concrete channel have been done and have given a special effect to the village.

According to him, the physical progress of the implementation of these projects in the villages of Shahkoh Sefeli, Kondab, Qala Qafe Bayan, Sasang, Banaf Tepe and Paghela varies between 17 and 85 percent.

According to him, the funds for the trip of the 13th government to Golestan are expected for three years, and most of these villages will be improved.
