Thanking the activities of the Islamic Council for the approval of the teacher rating law, Nouri said: The Islamic Council, the government and the Guardian Council helped to approve the teacher rating law, and the Ministry of Education, based on its legal duty, before the end of the legal time , prepared the executive regulation of teacher rating and sent it to the government board.

He added: In cooperation with other organizations participating in the executive regulation of teacher rating and providing their opinions, this regulation was edited 26 times until it was ready for the government, and in the social commission of the government, clauses were added to it by the order of the president and in the meeting. The government board canceled those clauses, which can be mentioned as removing the test from the conditions of the teacher rating system.

The cabinet member of the People’s Government stated: Since the beginning of the 13th government, the issue of welfare services and supplementary insurance for educators has been on the agenda of the Ministry of Education, and so far actions have been taken in this regard, changing the insurance of educators from a fund method to an insurance system. It is one of these cases.

It is worth noting; In this meeting, topics such as; The implementation of the change document, the way to implement the teacher rating system, the solutions to the challenges of the implementation of the change document, the shortage of human resources, the executive regulations of teacher rating, etc., were planned and discussed.
