According to the report of Aria Heritage, quoting the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Qazvin Province, Ehsan Navarani announced this news on Sunday, November 7, 1400: “The technical expertise of the General Administration is over.”

Qazvin Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage added: “In this project, restoration measures such as paving, masonry, wooden arch, roof restoration and organizing the well area according to the original model have been done.”

“Following the implementation of the renovation project of the wells in the traditional garden of Qazvin with the participation of the owners, another well is currently being repaired,” he reminded.

The wells are usually made of bricks and mortar of clay and mud. These buildings have a room with dimensions of four by four and a height of about three meters, which have wide walls and multiplicative arches. The wells have ventilators, fireplaces and stairs, and the old wells have no doors and have an inscription that mentions the name of the well and the year of construction. The well space is used as a common resting place for gardeners and their equipment and is used to protect garden products during irrigation and especially during the harvest season.
