Request some teachers for changes in the transfer circular

According to the Fars News Agency Education Reporter, A number of teachers gathered in front of the Ministry of Education today and demanded changes to the cultural transfer directive.

These teachers stated that there was a rule in the past that those teachers who had three years of temporary transfer could apply for permanent transfer and be permanently present in the requested province.

One of these teachers told a Fars reporter: “Many of us teachers have served away from our place of residence for many years, unlike other employees.” It is easy to endure such hardships when the Ministry supports us.

He continued: “Many of us have been forced to move to Tehran for reasons that did not interfere in its emergence and were forced to do so.”

The teacher added: “According to the ministry’s directive, any temporary transfer will become permanent after three years, but for us, the transferors of Tehran, this is not possible for several years.”

He continued: in the short period of one month that was given to us to complete the form, except for the first few days, the system was disrupted and the areas of Tehran were closed.

* We request that the transfer system be opened in the remaining time

Another teacher said: “We want the system to be opened in the remaining time and all people who want to transfer can register because some people have little official experience but have more than 10 years of teaching experience; On the other hand, we request that people who have been temporarily transferred for three years and whose origin is not a problem, become permanent.

He added: “The Supreme Leader of the Revolution emphasizes on strengthening the foundation of the family, and if it is established that men and women each work in a separate city and their children are undecided, there will be no family left;” We want the transfer of all people who have to come to Tehran following their spouses to be provided without limiting their years of service, and due to the lack of manpower in Tehran, the problem of schools will definitely be solved.
