Response to the margins raised / immoralities have taken place – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

According to the Mehr correspondent, the proposed Minister of Education, Massoud Fayazi, last night, in a cordial meeting with reporters in the field of education, which was held at the Center for the Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents, responded to some of the issues raised about himself.
At the beginning of the meeting, Fayyazi said about the duration of his undergraduate studies, which had some rumors about his graduation year: “I am an entrance servant of 73 universities of Tehran, and I graduated on April 20, 1978.” My rank in the entrance exam was 270 in the first stage and one in the quota of the martyrs’ families, and in the second stage of the entrance exam I got 220 ranks, meaning I was not a lazy student, and I graduated on April 20, 1999. That is, the same period of undergraduate studies that everyone normally goes through also lasted for me.
Regarding his family relationship with Alireza Zakani, the mayor of Tehran, he said: “As I said, I am the entrance servant of 73 universities of Tehran.” Mr. Zakani entered the medical school in 1969, and our colleges were next to each other, and we got to know each other through Basij activities, and I was attracted to his personality. At that time, Aghadamad was 6 years old and the bride was one year old, and 15, 16 years later, we introduced the two to each other; In other words, we were friends and acquaintances for many years before this family relationship.
Fayyazi also answered about his doctoral degree and stated: From the second year of university, I started studying and studied for 9 years in Tehran and Qom and for 16 years abroad in Qom. My main subjects were jurisprudence, principles, theology and philosophy. .
He referred to the resolution of the 503rd session of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution on September 26, 2002 and said: “This resolution states that” scientists, researchers and specialists in the fields of language and literature, art and architecture, humanities and Islamic education Have the title of expert or are the owners of works, researches and writings, as well as the scholars of seminaries who have passed the higher levels can be in accordance with the conditions and rules in the instructions for examining the scientific competence of experts without a degree at levels 1 and 2 (Instructor “Or an assistant professor) to be selected for cooperation to teach or to be a member of the faculty of universities and higher education and research institutions.”
The proposed Minister of Education continued: “The decree also states” Exam instructions and how to check the scientific competence of experts without a university degree and how to cooperate and employ them in universities and institutions of higher education and research by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology Turns. In addition, to implement the instructions subject to paragraph 2, the “Commission for Determining the Scientific Qualification of Experts without a University Degree” with five experts on the subject of paragraph 1 on the proposal of the Deputy Minister of Education and the Minister of Science, Research and Technology in the Office of Boards and Central Audit “Universities will be formed.”
He added: “At that time, I was working as a researcher at the Institute of Islamic Culture and Thought, and according to the internal criteria of the institute, I became a faculty member of the institute because the institute was an independent non-governmental public institution. Later, Mr. Rashad introduced me to the same commission for determining the scientific qualification of experts.
Fayyazi added: “It was not easy to present the document; We gave two comprehensive exams, the first exam was held in 1391 and the second exam in 1394, and the doctoral dissertation lasted a year and a half. My supervisor was Mr. Rashad and my advisor was Mr. Vaezi, and finally I got my degree with a score of 19.5. .
He added: “This commission is under the supervision of the Minister of Science and the exams were really hard.” 73 people were introduced for these exams, of which only 3 were accepted and the course lasted 6 years.
The proposed Minister of Education also said about the margins of his activities in Roshd magazines: Roshd had 36 magazines, of which 9 were student magazines, 2 were magazines for the blind and the rest were for adults. When I started working there, the average activity of editors was 13 years and the average age was 57 years.
He said that these journals were evaluated by 5 people and there were no publications of the Policy Council. The year and age were 45 years, and in specialized journals the duration of activity was 6 years and the age was 55 years.
Fayyazi added: “Only one person changed against this procedure.” Our policy was that growth magazines were not kiosks and should be educational, but that one person was moving against that policy. For example, in the first week of Mehr, a novel was introduced in a magazine under his management that considers holy defense to be the black spot of the Islamic Republic, or a book was introduced whose story begins with the friendship of several girls and boys, which is clearly against education policies.
He said about removing the word “composing” from the text of a magazine for growth and replacing tawashih and anthem: “That publication was published in Braille for the blind, and considering the educational activity in schools, I suggested that I use the word anthem and tawashih instead of composing.” That children have more fun and can do it easily at school.
The proposed Minister of Education added: “Some people say that I am against music, while this is not the case at all; I went to Kerman that year to finish the film Rushd, which was held at the Conservatory of Music, and the students performed live music. In the end, some immoralities took place, and except for one person, none of the colleagues in Roshd magazine attributed these cases and the ratio of the expressive point of view to me.
Regarding his name being mentioned in the cyberspace protection plan, he said: “We did not interfere in the initial plan, but after he came to the Parliamentary Research Center, we said that it was not a good plan and asked him to take it back or correct it. The plan was to protect the rights of users, and to review it, we wrote to all the devices, and all the correspondence, the presence of the representatives of the devices, and the minutes are available. This trend was followed in the research center as well. 90% of the new plan is approved by the High Council of Cyberspace.
The proposed Minister of Education, stating that I had a teacher in public and non-public schools for 7 years, said: In 1988, Mr. Yazerloo, then Director General of Education, established the Islamic Revolution Discourse Working Group, which I, as the person in charge of promoting the Islamic Revolution discourse I was introduced to schools and did a variety of activities.
Regarding the reason for the non-implementation of the transformation document, he said: “One of the serious reasons is that we did not leave the focal point of the transformation in the school, but in the headquarters.” If the school council comes to life and we decentralize, good things will happen.
