According to the financial news report, quoted by Maskan Bank-Hibna news site, Ali Keshavarz, member of the board of directors and deputy CEO for branches and marketing, together with Saeedreza Kohi, head of the General Department of Credits, and Ahmed Ali Jafari, manager of Fars province branches, attending the public relations service desk of the bank. On the sidelines of the second provincial visit of the 13th government to Fars, Maskan examined the issues raised by the people and issued the necessary orders to solve the problems.

He added: Most of the people’s visits to the service desk are related to receiving housing purchase facilities, repairs and the National Housing Movement Plan, and the issues raised are investigated and answered with urgency and within the framework of laws and regulations.

Keshavarz continued: In this trip, the projects of previous years will also be visited, and by obtaining the performance report of the approvals of the previous trip, actions will be taken and the extent of solving the problems will be checked.

Deputy Managing Director for Branches and Marketing Affairs stated: Fortunately, Fars province has performed well with maximum responsiveness and by using appropriate banking tools in the purchase, construction and partnership sector, it has been able to cooperate the most with the road and urban development and economic and financial affairs.

Solving project problems is a priority

Saeedreza Kohi, the head of the Bank’s General Department of Credits, said: “Service desks are formed during provincial trips with the presence of agencies under the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development with the aim of investigating the problems of projects and accelerating their progress, and effective measures can be taken to meet the demands of the people through direct communication with the people.” Clients did.

He said: “We have planned to solve the problems of the projects so that by providing constructive suggestions and operational solutions from the Bank of Maskan, it will be raised and on the way to conclude the contract and pay the facilities.” Out of the remaining 3,433 units in the Mehr housing project, about 1,320 units have progressed below 30%, and through a letter sent to the management, it was decided to settle the account and pay the facilities in the form of the National Housing Movement Plan.

The head of the General Department of Credits continued: Projects with progress above 75% will be sold in installments as soon as possible with the necessary follow-up. Maskan Bank is ready to pay the additional facilities of the National Movement Plan to Mehr housing projects with 30 to 75% physical progress.

He pointed out: Considering the emphasis on the implementation of amendments and changes in the rates announced in the National Housing Movement Plan, it is necessary to pay the full share of the companies for the installment sale of the contracted projects.

Ahmad Ali Jafari, director of Fars branches, also attended the service desk of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance located in the Fars Customs building, together with his deputies and heads of departments, at the public communications service desk of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development in Shiraz, and dealt closely with the clients’ problems.
