He continued: “Also, in order to achieve development based on public transportation (TOD), with the aim of reducing vehicle orientation and increasing access to public transportation through legal procedures, to create a TOD zone in a detailed plan around metro stations (within a radius of at least 300 meters) . The Committee shall allocate and spend 100% of the resources obtained from the issuance of licenses in these zones in the credit line entitled “Construction of other subway lines and antenna lines from the funds obtained from the 300-meter area of TOD zones”.
Ali Asghar Ghaemi in a proposal in this regard suggested that in paragraph one, the specialized committee should be obliged to allocate 100% of the revenue with the title of construction of line 6 and line 7 of the city, and also in the second paragraph the phrase “with the title of construction Urban lines 6 and 7 “should be added.
In agreement with Ghaemi, Nasser Amani also emphasized that in Article 1 of this note, it is better to spend the revenues from the issuance of licenses for the station complex with the priority of completing lines 6 and 7.
Mehdi Abbasi also added: “One of the capacities of line development is the use of clean capacities, so a station complex is needed for line development.” So it is best to apply TOD priority to ongoing lines.
The proposal to change the priority of lines 6 and 7 was put to a vote and approved by 19 votes in favor. The general comment was then put to a vote, which was approved by 20 votes in favor.
