Referring to the intelligentization of the labor inspection system, the deputy of labor relations of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare said: there are many accidents caused by work in the country and our duty is to protect the labor force and human resources of the country, therefore efforts are made to equip labor inspectors with tools, facilities and Be the necessary motivation to implement the work.
He stated that due to the efforts of some provinces, the time for dealing with worker-employer dispute cases has been reduced from 61 days to 31 days, adding that more efforts should be made to minimize the number of cases.
Raiti Fard continued: 32 years have passed since the approval of the labor law, and some say that this law is not implemented well, and if it was implemented well, many people’s concerns would be resolved, and others say that this law is completely labor-related and does not support the employer.
