The Minister of Roads and Urban Development, stating that about 70% of the land is ready to be built for national housing, said: “Our problem in Isfahan was to implement the national land housing movement, and this problem has been solved today.”
Emphasizing on using the capacity of the private sector to build national housing, Rostam Ghasemi said: “Part of the housing will be built by the owner himself, ie the land will be handed over by the government and the house will be built by the owner with a loan and a fixed period.”
