Saman Bank goes to the meeting

According to the financial news report, quoted by Saman Media, Saman Bank published a notice inviting all its shareholders to participate in the annual general meeting of the bank.

In this meeting, the report of the board of directors regarding the performance of the financial year ending on March 29, 1401, as well as the report of the auditor and legal inspector regarding the performance of the bank during the same period, will be read. Also, reviewing and approving the financial statements and deciding on the distribution of profits for the financial year ending on March 29, 1401 will be among the agendas of the Saman Bank Assembly.

The other agenda of this meeting will be the selection of the legal auditor and the determination of their remuneration, the determination of the right to attend non-commissioned members and the remuneration of the board of directors, and finally, the determination of the widely circulated newspaper for posting advertisements.

It should be noted that this meeting will be held on Saturday, July 24, 1402, at 14:00 in the cultural, sports and entertainment complex of Tasseh, located on Valiasr Street, not reaching the Parkway intersection.
