He added: “Income growth is achieved by expanding the circle of insurers and creating new sources of income and productivity by increasing investment returns and improving the cost structure, and ultimately leads to customer satisfaction.”

Rashnavadi said that the system of up-to-date proposals will be communicated to Sarmad Insurance branches across the country, noting that by implementing Sarmad’s strategic plan and strengthening the three sections of organizational capital, human capital and information capital, we must make up for the backwardness of previous years.

The CEO of Sarmad Insurance said: “Strengthening the human capital of the company depends on promoting the three components of professionalism, program-oriented and innovation.”

He added: “Sarmad has specific strategies in 1401, one of which is to reform the financial structures and organize property and assets, and in this regard, the existing portfolios should be maintained and increased with all their might, the sales network should be strengthened and retail sales should be increased to build Strengthen this company.

Rashnavadi said that organizational reform, strengthening the expertise and development of digital businesses and strengthening the company’s identity are necessary for Sarmad’s success and added: “I am sure that good days are ahead for Sarmad and maintaining profitability can bring Sarmad to the peak of progress.”

He said: “Sarmad insurance has high capacities and relying on these capacities, it has successfully overcome a crisis, so much so that last week, the highest growth in the capital market was from Sarmad.”

The CEO of Sarmad Insurance said: “Considering the developments in the country’s insurance industry, it is necessary to pay special attention to the three factors of technology, financial field and customer satisfaction in order to succeed in insurance.”

Appreciating the organizers of the meeting, the CEO of Sarmad Insurance said: “In this meeting, the managers of the branches presented the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the province under their management in writing in the form of five main components that will be the basis of the company’s strategic plan in 1401.” .

Rashnavadi emphasized: “After today, no excuse is accepted and all staff and provincial managers should take advantage of all opportunities and situations to ensure the success of the company.”

At the end of the meeting, Mahsa Famili, Branch Manager of Kerman Province, Milad Hajian, Branch Manager of Al-Bazr Province and Davood Keshavarzi, Branch Manager of Hormozgan Province, who were the top three branches in the first quarter of 1401, were honored with plaques. Also, Morteza Khabazzadeh, Head of Sugarcane Branch, was praised for his successful performance in organizing and providing quality services to customers, and the efforts of Sarmad Branch Managers in Khorasan Razavi, Isfahan, South Khorasan and Kish Free Zone provinces for significant portfolio growth.
