Seizure of 234 historical and counterfeit coins in Raz and Jorglan

According to the report of Aria Heritage, quoting the public relations of the General Directorate of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts of North Khorasan, Aqil Mojaradi announced this news on Tuesday, November 25, 1400: “A private house, 234 historical and counterfeit coins were seized.”

“During the inspection of these people, 134 coins related to the Sassanid and Parthian periods and 100 counterfeit coins were discovered,” said the head of the Raz and Jirgalan Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Department.

“These people were introduced to the judiciary after the case was filed, and the coins were confiscated and handed over to the city’s Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Department in favor of the organization,” Mojaradi said.
