Shahla Nazerian went to her eternal home

Theater News Base: Shahla Nazerian, one of the pioneers in the field of dubbing and the wife of the late Hossein Erfani (another late dubber of our country) died on the evening of Sunday, May 4, due to a heart attack.

In the funeral and burial ceremony of the deceased doubler, figures such as: Afshin Zee Nouri, Alireza Javidnia, Manouchehr Zandedel, Kikavous Yakideh, Javad Pezeshkian, Shahrad Banki, Shahrooz Malekarai, Rabieh Madani, Alireza Bashkendi, Shaukat Hojjat, Nahid Amirian and many others Residents of dubbing and radio were present.

Ali Hemmat Momivand_Dublour_ said at the funeral of Shahla Natarian: “How strange the loved ones we love are leaving us and what is left for us are their good memories and we are satisfied with God.” Again, a pure, firm and powerful voice disappeared from the arena of dubbing. Master Nazerian passed away and the only good memories we have of him remained with us. On their death, I offer my condolences to all their loved ones, my colleagues and their dear family.

He added: “We have been deprived of hearing the voice of Master Shahla Nazerian in new films for a long time, but we were happy that sometimes we visited them closely and their shadow is on us and the Iranian dubbing, which unfortunately we lost.”

Manouchehr Valizadeh – Doubler – also said: “It is difficult for me to speak that two of our dear colleagues left us.” I had a close relationship with Ms. Natarian and Mr. Erfani, and we traveled as a family for many years. May God have mercy on them. I do not know how to offer my condolences to their daughter Mahsa Aziz, but this is life. May God have mercy on the dear and kind Shahla. We will not have such a sound in dubbing anymore. We will not have this mystical voice. Voices like Master Genghis Khan and others who became heavenly.

Saeed Tavakol, one of the old radio producers, also said at the ceremony: “I have known and collaborated with the late Nazeri and Erfani since 1968.” It was my duty to express my condolences on behalf of all the radio colleagues for many years. Ms. Nazerian’s artistic personality minus that beautiful voice and distinct intelligence and knowledge, and a special color that distinguished their voices and were among the leading voices of the country. During all these years of working in radio and television, we were proud to be associated with such jewelry.

Alireza Javidnia – speaker and actor – also said: I, Alireza Javidnia, as the youngest student of both Hossein Erfani and Ms. Nazerian, had the honor of several theatrical, radio and television works with them. I became a student and tried to get a good grade. God knows how acceptable it is. My condolences, stay alive and support.

Mahvash Afshari – a veteran doubler – also said at the ceremony: “It is very difficult to talk about Ms. Nazerian after fifty years of friendship.” I have been serving and loving them for over fifty years and I was really happy to be his friend. I was proud of him. We worked together for more than fifty years; Except for a few years when he was sick. It’s very unfortunate for me, they’s very empty. I know how happy he is that you are all here.

Hossein Khodadad Beigi _Doubler_ also said at the funeral of the late Nazerian: “It is difficult for me to talk about the greats of dubbing.” I am proud to be a student of dubbing greats for more than forty years. Mystical master Shahla Natarian and …. For several years we have been losing stars from the dubbing sky. All the loved ones are leaving one by one. I use the words of Master Valizadeh who said that Hossein Erfani, Shahla Nazerian, Bahram Zand, Jalilvand and all the loved ones who shone in the sky of dubbing will not be repeated. My condolences to the dubbing community and my good colleagues. Especially the daughter of the late Erfani and Nazerian; Mahsa, who was very fond of her parents, and since her mother lost a little of her abilities, Mahsa Khanum Gol, like a butterfly, turned around and took care of her. May God be patient with him and everyone. Let us appreciate ourselves and our veterans and know that these loved ones are unrepeatable.

The living memory of Shahla Nazerian and Hossein Erfani were both from the golden generation of the dubbing arena, and during their lifetime, they recorded lasting effects in the dubbing arena together for many years, and now less than four years after Hossein Erfani’s death, Shahla Nazerian is close to the place. The burial of his wife’s body in the Behesht Zahra (PBUH) artists’ section was calmed down.

Shahla Nazerian was born in 1326 in Tehran and died at the age of 75. He entered the field of dubbing in 1341, while studying in high school, and his dubbing career dates back to 1342.

Over the years she has worked in dubbing, replacing many world-renowned actors including Ingrid Bergman, Lauren Bacall, Sophia Loren, Diane Keaton, Raquel Welch, Fei Danavi, Anne Margaret, Catherine Spock, Catherine Ross, Elizabeth Taylor, Julie Christie , Silva Cushina, Jacqueline Bisse, Catherine Deneuve, Michel Mercier, and… have spoken.

One of his most brilliant speeches is in the dubbing of the famous film “Casablanca” instead of Ingrid Bergman, along with Hossein Erfani instead of Humphrey Bogart.

Friday, May 30, Shahla Nazerian’s funeral will be held in Tehran, Reza Mosque, located in Niloufar Square, from 5 to 7 p.m.
