Signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the National Standards Organization and the Persian Language and Literature Academy

According to the Fars news agency, citing the National Standards Organization of Iran, at the same time as the National Quality Day, the memorandum of cooperation between the National Standards Organization of Iran and the Persian Language and Literature Academy was signed by Mehdi Islam Panah and Gholam Ali Haddad Adel.

Mehdi Islampanah, head of the National Standards Organization of Iran, during the signing ceremony of this memorandum, while congratulating on the National Quality Day, said: The National Standards Organization of Iran has entered a period of transformation in the 13th People’s Government in the field of services, culture and basic sciences as well as humanities.

Also, Gholam Ali Haddad Adel, the head of the Persian Language and Literature Academy in this ceremony, considered the standard as a rational, logical and philosophical matter and said: Creation is based on the standard.

Referring to the changes in human life in science, industry and communication, he said: without standards, it is not possible to have international communication or protect people’s rights.

The head of the Academy of Persian Language and Literature considered words and expressions to be a point of intersection in the relationship between the two collections and stated: In the standard, the relationship between words and examples and in the academy, the relationship between words and meaning is found, so words and words connect us. give

Therefore, the report in the text of this memorandum states that the National Standards Organization of Iran should use the approved words of the academy in all national standards, including glossaries and other standards, cultures and word sets, and follow the order of the approved script, as well as The trusted scientific and technical experts of the academy were invited to be members of the standard drafting commissions according to their expertise.

In this memorandum, it was agreed to strengthen the relationship between the Academy and the National Standards Organization of Iran in the matter of promoting and using the words approved by the Academy and improving the national standards in terms of Persian writing.

According to this memorandum, the national and international standards of Persian language and script are guided scientifically by Farhangistan.
