In this eight-point memorandum, cooperation and participation in the construction and operation of service complexes (cultural, artistic, educational, recreational, leisure, commercial and green and open spaces) for the intellectual growth and development of children and teenagers and to help their talents flourish based on values and the Islamic education and training system as well as cooperation and participation in the production of residential units in the lands belonging to the center in the areas of Tehran municipality have been taken into consideration.

On the sidelines of the signing ceremony of this memorandum, the CEO of the intellectual development center said: The center pays special attention to the quantitative and qualitative development of cultural activities based on its inherent duties. On the one hand, it is important for us to provide a platform for content that is followed in the field of books and libraries, and on the other hand, to provide physical spaces. Seyyed Mehdi Hedayat, the CEO of the Tehran City Renewal Organization, also emphasized that the construction of housing and dilapidated structures and cultural and non-residential spaces is one of the management priorities of the Municipal Renewal Organization.
