Referring to the preparation of the investment package for land, he added: This capacity should be used to improve construction. Based on the agreement between the Housing Foundation and the National Land and Housing Organization, 50,000 residential units will be built for the deprived from the resources of the National Housing Fund and the 100 Imam Khomeini (RA) account.
Gholamreza Salehi, the head of Housing Foundation, also said in this ceremony: One of the main goals of Housing Foundation is to provide housing for the underprivileged in line with Imam’s ideals. By signing the memorandum of understanding of 50,000 units for the underprivileged, it will help us to take more steps towards the construction of low-cost housing throughout the country than in the past.
Approval of rural loan increase
Referring to the target of handing over one million plots of land in villages this year and next year, he added: Fortunately, the government board has approved an increase in rural loans, but we have not reached an understanding regarding the details, and we hope to finalize it next week.
He said: According to today’s memorandum, the National Land and Housing Organization will provide land for the construction of 50,000 housing units for the disadvantaged, 50,000 cooperative housing units (complex construction) and land for the construction of rural housing within the boundaries of cities.
According to Article 1 of the said memorandum, in case of implementation of national housing projects in cities with a population of 25,000 people or less by the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation, in accordance with Article 1 of Paragraph B of the Memorandum communicated by letter No. 01/110/125028 dated 09/24/1400, All the lands needed for the National Housing Movement projects (in villages) or the lands needed for the production and supply of rural housing, based on the approvals of the village leadership plan that has been approved by the Provincial Planning and Development Council and the Provincial Housing Council and competent authorities Immediately after receiving the application, it will be handed over to the foundation.
According to Article 2, in the villages located within the boundaries of cities with a population of 25,000 to 100,000 people, if based on the studies of Hadi plans or the feasibility of physical development, the mentioned lands are needed for the projects of the National Housing Movement or village development. It has been approved by the Planning and Development Council of the province and the relevant authorities, and at the time of the foundation’s request, the mentioned lands are not subject to Article 6 of the Law on Organizing and Supporting the Production and Supply of Housing, according to Article 4 of the aforementioned law, they will be given to the Housing Foundation free of charge. The Islamic revolution is handed over.
According to Article 3 of the Memorandum, in villages located within cities with a population of 100,000 or more, the lands required by the National Housing Movement Plan are proportional to the number of qualified applicants and also in order to meet the needs of physical development and production of rural housing, as approved by the council. The planning and development of the province and the housing council of the province have been received, after receiving the application, it will be handed over to the housing foundation for free.
Article 4. The exploitation of the lands assigned in the implementation of the National Housing Movement Plan is done in the form of a 99-year lease to qualified people. Article 5 The Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation is responsible for any response regarding the lands subject to this agreement, including objections to recognition, ownership, lawsuits filed in courts of justice, requests for price or compensation, or other similar titles.
Article 6 With the notification of this memorandum, circulars No. 46599/96/600 dated 09/24/1396 and 32118/95/600 dated 09/08/1395 are revoked.
