The Chief Justice of Tehran Province said: “It is necessary to pay attention to the conviction of votes in order to prevent damages and congestion of the courts of appeal;” Because it leads to people’s satisfaction. Obstacles and problems related to increasing the number of votes should be examined and a suitable solution should be provided to solve it.

He added: “Currently, in the matter of eliminating the delay of the trial, various measures have been taken in a significant and quantitative manner, but more action should be taken.”

Emphasizing the need to monitor the devices, Heshmati Mahzab said: “Inspections should be done in such a way that the inspections have the necessary effectiveness, and regarding the seizure of people’s property, attention should be paid to monitoring the seizures within 3 to 6 months.”

The Chief Justice of Tehran Province emphasized the pursuit of the document of judicial transformation by the chairmen of the committees in terms of application and implementation and the use of existing capacities and said: the issue of prisons and prisoners is one of the existing challenges that burdens our task.

Masoud Satayeshi, Deputy Chief Justice of Tehran Province, continued the meeting: “One of the most important issues related to prisoners is to take care of the prisoners and their employment.”

Saytashi said that lawyers should take the necessary care to create peace and reconciliation, adding that by supervising the offices of e-judicial services and preventing incomplete and unnecessary lawsuits, the multiplicity of cases submitted to the judiciary should be prevented, which would lead to closer and more accurate supervision. it is needed.

Yahya Jafari, the head of Tehran’s Public and Revolutionary Courts, while presenting a report on the performance of Tehran’s public and revolutionary courts, said: “With the increase of supervision in Tehran’s courts, 51 visits have been made to judicial complexes so far.”

Ali Asghar Haidarnejad, Deputy Supervisor and Inspector of Justice of Tehran Province, said in the Council of Deputies regarding the performance report in the first six months of the year: 740 inspections and supervisions, 124 case missions and a large number of reviews and responses to popular requests and petitions. .

Gholamreza Mahdavi, Deputy Chief Justice and Chairman of the Dispute Resolution Councils of Tehran Province, said: “More than 30,000 cases were submitted to the Dispute Resolution Council in the first six months of 1400, and 60% of the cases have been settled peacefully.”

The head of the Dispute Resolution Councils of Tehran Province stated: “Using the Special Dispute Resolution Council and honorary members and the compassionate efforts made, we have succeeded in obtaining the consent of the parents of about 30 people sentenced to retaliation in Tehran Province.”

Mahdavi said: in the Dispute Resolution Council, cases are considered as arrears if they are not assigned after 4 months, and efforts are made to address them with special sensitivity.
