He also admitted: If we want to deal with the phenomenon of smoking, you must introduce a suitable alternative for it, one of the best of which is the establishment of clean or smoke-free coffee houses and the implementation of diverse cultural programs at the community level, which can be a preventive aspect. and prevent the increase in demand for tobacco products.
Deputy Prosecutor General of the country said: As a prosecutor, we look at the phenomenon of tobacco as a social harm, and according to the comprehensive law on the control of tobacco products approved in 2005, we have a duty to control this phenomenon.
He reminded: When we talk about the control of tobacco products in the society, we must reduce the demand in the society and the legal duties of the devices must be demanded.
Gholam Abbas Turki stated: Regarding tobacco, it should not be sold outside the network, advertising of tobacco products directly and indirectly is completely prohibited, and any partial sales and yarn sales and sales to people under 18 years of age are also legally responsible.
