According to the Mehr correspondent, Ahar schools were closed this Saturday evening with the announcement of the director general of education of East Azerbaijan province in front of the journalists.

Jafar Pashaei continued: Due to heavy snowfall, blizzard and severe cold weather, face-to-face trainings in all rural education courses will be closed in the morning and afternoon shifts and will be followed through cyberspace and Shad network.

He continued: the closure does not include the final exams and these exams will be held on time. Internal exams for schools will also be canceled and a new program will be announced later.
