According to Mehr news agency, the approval letter of the meeting dated 03/03/1402 regarding “the task of the Subsidy Targeting Organization to deposit the subsidy amounts of livelihood assistance for the beneficiaries of the plan to the bank account of the Iranian Welfare Technology Services Company” by letter No. 42303 dated 03/1402 11 was announced by the first vice president.

This decree states:

The Board of Ministers in the meeting of 10/3/1402, at the suggestion of the country’s budget planning organization of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance and the Ministry of Labor Cooperation and Social Welfare and based on Article 138 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and in the implementation of paragraph (y) of the note 14) The single article of the budget law of 1402 of the whole country approved:

1- The Program and Budget Organization of the country (Subsidy Targeting Organization) is obliged to transfer the subsidy amounts of the livelihood assistance of the project beneficiaries to the designated bank account of the Iranian Welfare Technology Service Company (FARA) affiliated to the Ministry of Labor Cooperation and Social Welfare. deposit

2- The Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare is obliged to send the list of beneficiaries of the plan in writing to the Subsidies Targeting Organization.

3- The Ministry of Labor Cooperation and Social Welfare is obliged to deposit monthly the results of the expenditure of the subsidy amounts of the plan’s livelihood assistance, which have been deposited by the Targeting Subsidy Organization for the purchase of goods for the beneficiaries through the electronic form, along with the identity information of the beneficiaries of the plan and the details of the deposit and Send their purchase in writing to the Subsidy Targeting Organization.
