Start of registration of applicants for mortgage loans from 12 June

According to Fars, quoting the news website of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction announced in an announcement that the registration of applicants for housing assistance and deposit facilities will start on Thursday, June 4, by registering an application in the housing support plans system.

According to the announcement of the Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction, following the government’s decision to pay housing rent deposit assistance facilities to tenants in 1401, registration for receiving the said facilities will start at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 3, through the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development website at http: // saman.mrud.ir begins.

According to the decision of the Monetary and Credit Council and from the facilities of Article 4 of the Housing Production Leap Law, in order to support tenants this year, up to 40,000 billion Tomans of housing deposit assistance facilities will be paid by operating banks through the introduction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development. The ceiling of housing deposit assistance facilities in Tehran, provincial centers and other urban areas has been approved at 100, 70 and 40 million Tomans, respectively, and has been notified to the country’s banking network. The interest rate on the housing deposit facility is 18% and the repayment period is 5 years.
