Strange theft in the valley of Shahid Hamedani Highway in Tehran / Weakness in online monitoring of heavy structures in the city

According to the Fars correspondent, Nasser Amani, a member of the Tehran City Council, said in a public remarks: “According to Article 71, Paragraph 8 of the Law on Islamic Councils of Towns and Villages, monitoring good governance, preserving sexual capital and cash, and movable and immovable property is one of the duties.” Serious city councils. About a month ago, a strange theft took place on the Shahid Hamedani-Hakim highway, and so far no exact information has been provided about the dimensions of this theft.

He added: “The theft of steel sheets and heavy weights, which happened with planning and calculation, has made traffic practically impossible.” The theft required a car, teamwork, and tools and equipment, or unscrewing 100 large steel screws and working long hours. Lack of protection of the city’s heavy structures online through traffic surveillance cameras is one of the reasons for these thefts.

Amani continued: “Worse, the city officials and the police were informed about this theft when the drivers of the passing cars were informed and informed them, and God knows what tragedy would have happened if they had been informed later.” A robbery that has blocked a highway for more than a month and stopped traffic from east to west!

The council member stressed: “This theft is not the theft of a car or a shop and a sign, it is a serious warning to the city and law enforcement officials and exposing the safety and security gaps of the city.” While reminding the municipality of Tehran, I request that they immediately identify urban structures, especially bridges that are connected to the outskirts of the city and to the safety of the people, take the necessary measures and prevent the recurrence of similar incidents.
