Take a look at the movie “Nemour” / The end of the “Fortieth Festival” with the screening of a very weak, apparently cinematic work!

The film “Nemour” is a work apparently in the “social genre” that is so backward in terms of form and cinematic content that basically obscures the reason for its presence in the “Simorgh Soda” section. The work that was screened in the last screening session in “Festival House” and, above all, was able to provide a cause for laughter and a kind of relief for the audience of “Fortieth Festival”.

The movie “Nemour” is the story of the life of a family that went through a crisis twenty-one years ago. The daughter of the family, Delaram, becomes pregnant by her fiancé (Muharram), but her fiancé leaves her under the pretext of continuing her education and goes abroad. To protect the family’s reputation, his older brother, Dawood, separates his niece from him and marries Delaram to his friend. Without his sister’s knowledge, he buys a house for them with the money from the sale of his father’s house, and at the same time He takes his sister’s daughter to Germany and keeps her away from her sister all these years. But suddenly, with the death of “Ali”, Delaram’s husband, and with the return of “Davood” and his family to Iran, the old family wound heals and …

The movie “Nemour” is clearly reminiscent of the style of cinema production in the 1370s. A film that continues all the apartment works of those years and these years, which considers the house and the family as a symbol of Iran and Iranians under the rule of a tyrannical man. He portrays a traditional Iranian man and a zealous personality in such a way that only the reputation of the family is important to him and he sacrifices everything to preserve it; A fanatical man to whom all the women in the work somehow fall victim to his authoritarian character. A bullying character whose sister, brother, wife and even his old love Narges, complain that he has authority over all of them and decides for them all!

The movie “Nemour” repeats the secrecy, lies and tyranny of the vote and in general the acts of governorship and guardianship, which are always introduced as prominent traits of the Iranian race in Iranian cinema, and the character of “David” in the symbol of such a man. Such a post shows that in order to cover up her defect, that is, to be infertile, she deprives the wife who loves her dearly of her motherly rights! A man who is satisfied that each member of his family should give up on their dearest wishes, but his interests and good name will not be endangered!

In terms of script, the movie “Nemour” is full of flaws that can not be fixed by any logic. A work so weak and flawed that not only events and happenings do not follow the correct logic; Rather, the narrative course becomes so unbelievable that it turns the work into a satire. A work of actors who did not understand any of them properly, especially “Mohammad Reza Alimardani”, who does not perform even the usual acts of an actor, such as walking. At the same time, the work is accompanied by characters so weak that almost none of them are believable, and only makes their dialogue humorous. Meanwhile, the shooting of the movie “Nemour”, which could be considered as one of the strengths of the movie due to its presence in the northern cities; It has not been able to serve the work, and improper directing has made the framing completely televised and not designed for the big screen of cinema.

All in all, it can be said that the movie “Nemour” is a very weak work that even at the box office, there is not much hope for success. A work that could present much later or even evil concepts to its cinematic audience and seek to speak on the basis of another narrative. Meanwhile, the actors of the movie “Nemour” explicitly consider “the reason for the misrepresentation and stereotyping of dialogues and scenes as the laws of culture and sharia, and the relationship between Delaram and Behrooz (former candidate) for this sharia and married reason.” “They did so in order to obtain a construction permit.” A claim means that if it were not for the “rules of the screenwriting council”, the relationship between “Delaram” and “Behrooz” would be portrayed as illegitimate and haram, and “Aram” would be introduced as “the son of a bastard” and the product of this illegitimate relationship. .
