Tehran is connected to Alborz

According to Fars report, Hamidreza Hajovi said regarding the opening of the construction project connecting West Tehran to Alborz: We have opened two local construction projects in the Kaj and Gulha sectors, as well as the non-level intersections of Hamadani and Kaj, the length of the project is 750 square meters.

He continued: One of the important features of this project is in the field of urban crisis and permeability. We hope that we will be able to make the subject of the study plan, which is the detailed plan of region 22, a criterion for action.

The mayor of District 22 said: We have put local development on the agenda next year and it is very effective in the traffic issue.

Hajovi stated: This project is particularly important for connecting West Tehran to Alborz.

Stating that construction and economy have a direct relationship, he said: Therefore, if construction prospers, employment will also increase. 152 professions are directly related to construction. As a municipality, we have the duty of facilitation, and in this regard, our main duty is to issue building permits.

Hajovi stated: In the recent decisions of the city council, there is a point of facilitation in the field of construction approvals, and they have made suitable grounds for facilitation in this area.

The mayor of the region, noting that our main approach will be transparency in this area, added: The clearer the rules are, we are one step ahead. As the construction technology improves, the standards must be updated.

He said regarding the disposal of sanitary wastewater in Region 22 and the construction of sanitary treatment plants: This is one of the points we are trying to create facilities for citizens in this area. 27% of the municipality of region 22 is under the sewage system and this is very low compared to the city of Tehran. Infrastructures should be provided in this area and we promise to follow up the issue from all the devices.
