According to Mehr news agency, middle school students (in preparatory 2 (exceptional) grades) First 2 (exception), First 3 (exceptional), 1st supplementary (exceptional), 2nd to 6th, 8th and 9th, 11th and 12th) can start ordering textbooks through https://irtextbook.ir/ system from tomorrow (Saturday).
The deadline for the registration of textbooks between grades continues until June 26.
Also, the registration of entry levels (preparation 1 (exceptional), first 1 (exceptional), preliminary first (exceptional), first elementary, seventh and tenth) will start from July 5 and continue until September 10.
According to the announcement of the Deputy Director of Educational Research and Planning Organization, this year the price of textbooks has increased by 30% compared to last academic year.
Applicants can order textbooks through one of two individual or group methods.
1 Considering that the order registration and distribution of students’ textbooks is done based on the information available in the SIDA system, schools should update the latest status of the students’ ID and academic information in the SIDA system and register the students for the academic year 1403-1402 as soon as possible. .
2 Students and their parents, if they wish, can register an individual order through the mentioned system. The username to enter the system, the student’s national code and their password are the six digits on the right side of the serial number of the student’s birth certificate.
3 School administrators are required to register a group order of students for elective textbooks, gifts from heaven (special for religious minorities), supplement to messages from heaven (special for Sunnis) and brilliant talent through the relevant system after registering the main package of students.
4. The price of textbooks for group order registration is based solely on the book back cover prices (registered in the system) and receiving any additional money is prohibited and is subject to legal prosecution.
5 The textbooks of students of all academic courses are distributed through the school where they study, which is stated in the student’s order.
6. In case of changing the school where the student is studying, before issuing the remittance from the region to the school, it is possible to modify the order through the system as follows:
– If the student transfers to schools in the same province and registers the information in the origin and destination schools, the information about the student’s book delivery location will be automatically delivered to the correction system and the student’s textbooks will be delivered to the new school.
– If the student transfers to schools in another province and registers the information in the origin and destination schools, the destination school or the student is required to modify the order, the student’s textbooks, if the order is modified, will be delivered to the new school.
7. In case of a change in the student’s grade or field of study, before issuing the remittance from the region to the school, the school or the student is required to modify the order in order to provide the possibility of delivering the student’s textbooks to the school in accordance with the student’s new grade and field of study.
8. In case of changing the school of the student’s place of study or the grade or field of study after issuing the remittance from the district to the school, proceed as follows:
– The school (of origin) is required to register a remittance to the region and deliver books to the region.
– The district is required to review and approve the remittance from the school.
– After the approval of the region, the school of the place of study (destination) or the student is required to modify the order to provide the possibility of delivering the student’s textbooks to the school according to the grade or field of study or the student’s new school.
9 Teachers and professors can register the process of ordering textbooks in the system from the menu “order single volume textbooks and educational packages” from the 15th of Mehr and the students who only need a number of textbooks from the 1st of November. 10. It is forbidden to distribute the books of the students of the technical and professional branch to the students of the associate branch, and the responsibility of the lack of books due to improper distribution in the province and region is the responsibility of the General Department of Education of the province and region.
