Alamdari said: Normally, the repayment of the facilities of the National Housing Movement plan in terms of 3 years of construction period and 17 years of repayment is such that for facilities of 450 million Tomans without profit during the construction period, seven million Tomans installment is paid by participants and recipients.

He continued: The facility of 400 million Tomans, including 3 years of construction and repayment period of 17 years, is 6 million and 300 thousand Tomans, the facility of 300 million Tomans, including 3 years of construction and repayment period of 17 years, is 4 million and 700 thousand Tomans.

Regarding the repayment of rural housing facilities, which is 250 million Tomans, a member of the board of directors of the Housing Bank said: The facilities of the National Housing Movement plan are 4 million Tomans in terms of 3 years of construction and 17 years of repayment for facilities of 250 million Tomans.

Alamdari stated: If the builders complete the units within two years, the repayment of the facility will be 18 years, and the amount of installments will be reduced.
