According to the Fars News Agency’s music correspondent, at the same time as announcing the time of the 37th Fajr Music Festival, a call for a non-competitive section was issued by the festival secretariat.
The call for the non-competitive section of the 37th Fajr Music Festival has been prepared in accordance with the festival regulations with the aim of identifying, building capacity and supporting the creative activities of artists and music groups across the country with the priority of artistic criteria in each branch of music.
Bands and artists active in the field of stage performance have the opportunity from November 1 to January 1 of this year to register on the site at www.fajrmusicfestival.com or submit their works in person to the festival secretariat at Tehran, Enqelab St., Khark St., Henry Carbon Alley, No. 18, third floor.
With the publication of this call, the selection committee of the festival works and groups invites all groups and music artists active in the field of stage performance to participate in the organization and making this artistic event as fruitful as possible, if they wish, by carefully studying the call and sending their works and documents.
It is worth mentioning that the 37th Fajr Music Festival will be held simultaneously and in commemoration of the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran from February 15 to 15, 1400 under the auspices of Dr. Hassan Riahi in competitive (non-competitive) and song awards, music and media awards and Research sessions will be other programs of this period of the festival.

Call of the 37th Fajr Music Festival (non-competitive section)
The 37th Fajr Music Festival will be held simultaneously with the commemoration of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran from February 15 to 15. The leading call has been prepared in accordance with the festival regulations and with the aim of identifying, building capacity and supporting the creative activities of artists and music groups across the country, with the priority of artistic criteria in each branch of music. With the publication of this call, the festival headquarters invites all groups, ensembles, orchestras and music artists in the field of stage performance, if they wish, to carefully study the call and send their works and documents, to participate in holding and making this artistic event as fruitful as possible. .
Conditions:
1. All different groups, ensembles and orchestras, without any limit on the number of people, according to the official types of music in the country, can participate in this call.
۲. Applicants for participation in the women’s singing group, according to the conditions of the festival during the Covid 19 virus, if held in person, if the final selection will definitely be included in the festival table.
3. The method of selecting the selection committee of works and groups will be based solely on the technical criteria of music, characteristics and principles of music and groups such as technique and technique, musicality, dynamics, stylistic characteristics and methods of works, ocul, temporal, precise tuning and interval. Also in symphonies, the principles of harmony, harmony and quality of sound and etiquette are the main criteria for selection. After that, performances that meet the following requirements will be prioritized:
a. Artists and bands participating in the Fajr Music Festival for the first time;
B. Artists and groups that have prepared a special repertoire for the festival;
J. Bands that do not have a common member in the main members (leader, singer, soloist) with other participating groups.
4. The composition of the group members at the time of the festival must be in accordance with the registration form and the submitted video sample. In the event of an unforeseen and unforeseen event that leads to minor changes in the composition of the group, the group leader is obliged to inform the festival secretariat in writing as soon as possible so that the result is announced to the group after review.
5. Each performance will consist of a non-breathing section lasting between 30 and 45 minutes.
6. The festival headquarters will determine the place, date, time and manner of performance (online, offline or in person) according to the health status of the community, coordination with the National Corona headquarters and technical issues.
7. Respecting the material and intellectual rights of the creators of the works presented in the festival (music, poetry and lyrics) is the responsibility of the applicant.
8. Obviously, the announcement of the final opinion for the presence of the groups in the festival will be subject to the opinion of the group selection committee and the works and the festival headquarters, and there will be no right of objection and appeal for the applicant groups.
9. The groups that enter the festival according to the opinion of the group and works selection committee, must fulfill all their obligations mentioned in the registration form by the end of the festival. Otherwise, the festival headquarters can replace another group with the coordination of the selection committee due to non-fulfillment of the mentioned obligations.
10. The official reference of the festival for consulting the applicants will be the festival secretariat and all contacts and working contacts will be formalized through the secretariat.
