According to Tejarat News, the average price of housing in Tehran was announced.

In the latest report of the developments of the housing market, the Statistics Center of Iran announced that the average price of each square meter of a residential unit in Tehran in December was 50.4 million tomans.

According to the statistics of Iran Statistics Center, in December of this year, district 1 with weighted average price of 1,071,144 thousand rials has the highest price and district 18 with weighted average price of 256,392 thousand rials has the lowest price among the 22 districts of Tehran.

In December 1401, the price index of residential apartments in Tehran has reached 174.3, which has increased by 4.1 percent compared to the previous month (167.4).

Decrease in monthly inflation

In December 1401, the monthly price inflation of residential apartments in Tehran was 4.1%. Compared to the same information in the previous month (5 percent), the monthly inflation of Azar has decreased by 0.9 percentage points.

Last month, point-to-point inflation of residential apartment prices in Tehran reached 52.1%. This month’s point-to-point inflation has increased by 2.1 percentage points compared to the previous month (50%).

Annual inflation increase

The annual inflation rate of residential apartments in Tehran has reached 37.1 percent in December 1401, which has increased by 2.1 percentage points compared to the same information in the previous month (35 percent).

In December 1401, the weighted average price of residential apartments sold in 22 districts of Tehran reached 504,476 and 484,543 thousand rials, respectively. In this month, region 1 with weighted average price of 1,071,144 thousand rials has the highest price and region 18 with weighted average price of 256,392 thousand rials has the lowest price among the 22 regions of Tehran.
